With one phone call from a referring physician or
patient, a patient care coordinator is assigned to organize all
aspects of a patient's visit, including appointments, scheduling,
medical care, financial clearances, translation, transportation and
hotel or service apartment booking. A patient care coordinator
personally assists each patient throughout his or her stay inthe
treatment hospital city.
++ Updating referring Physicians / Patient's family service
Mediescapes India keeps referring physicians / patient's family
informed about their patient's care on a periodic basis
throughout the treatment period. When a patient returns home, our
board certified medical consultants regularly confer with the
referring physician on the patient's progress as well as on any
necessary follow-up care.

patients and their families find long or short-term accommodations
that best suits their individual preferences and budgets. We will
arrange on discounted rates hotels / service apartments in the
vicinity of treating hospital when reservations are made through our
office. Our International Patient Cell coordinators will assist in
procuring requested accommodations.

patient's and their families' special dietary needs and restrictions
and will, in coordination with the medical staff of treating
hospital, provide suggestions for healthful and satisfying meals.
For the patient each one of our partner hospital offers various
types of diet available including Normal, Diabetic, Renal Diet, Salt
Free, Low salt diet, Bland, Soft, Semisolid, Liquid, Clear liquid,
Tube feeding. Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta, Bangalore and Chennai where
our partner hospitals are located are all very cosmopolitan cities,
have multi-cuisine restaurants offering food from various countries.
A list of such restaurants that would interest the patient family /
relatives can be provided.
